There have been two books recently published, describing and supporting the use of the Process Enneagram©, The Map That Never Fails’.

The first book, Leadership in Chaordic Organizations, is written by Beverly G. McCarter and Brian E. White. Richard wrote the forward and is quoted extensively throughout the book. The book is complex adaptive systems and how to apply these ideas to real organizations. The Process Enneagram© is described and the missing link between complexity theory and application (p. 152). More and more, the Process Enneagram© is seen as a powerful, useful tool to help leaders transform their organizations. It is the pattern of life and is seen as ‘The Map That Never Fails’.

The other book, Managing and Engineering in Complex Situations, is written by Samuel F. Kovacic and Andres Sousa-Poza. Richard wrote Chapter 14, “Effectively Living Near the Edge; An Extraordinary Management Tool for Mastering Wicked Problems.”
