Claire knowles’ book, Lights On!, was content-finished and sent to the editor!

Our work continued with clients seeking help in both the Safety Leadership arena and in Business Effectiveness. During the 4th quarter, Dick and Claire served clients in Virginia, Texas, New York, and Milan, Italy. One was a financial entity seeking more congruence in the workplace; the others were manufacturing or mining sites endeavoring to improve their safety performance.

Richard and Claire Knowles conducted a 5-day session on Safety Leadership and Culture Change with a manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. They worked with over 110 employees across all segments of this manufacturing site, using their proprietary Safety Leadership Process.

Creating the game-plan: Claire Knowles, together with colleague, Patty Brown of Integrated Business Ventures Inc., completed an Effectiveness Workshop and consultation in the Finger Lakes area of Central New York. The Workshop, strategic in nature, produced the step-by-step actions toward specific goals for the Board of Directors of an Ithaca not-for-profit organization.

Dick Knowles will be participating in DuVersity’s Systematics Gathering XII in Charles Town, West Virginia, engaging in some deep-thinking around the Hyparxis of Systems or ‘What you have forgotten is what you have really understood.’ Continued learning is the basis for organizational rejuvenation.
