Dick Knowles completed a trip to Penang, Malaysia (near Kuala Lumpur), where he and Gwen Andrews’ joint paper was well-received. “A Practical, East-West Exploration of Leadership and Learning” was noted as a significant contribution to this First International Conference, Exploring Leadership and Learning Theories in Asia, sponsored by Asia-Europe Institute, University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Dick Knowles continued his work travels to Australia during February/March where he worked with several companies in the arenas of Business Leadership & Effectiveness and Safety Leadership. The Process Enneagram continues to prove to be a most useful model to help leaders move their respective organizations successfully forward, achieving remarkable results.
